Actually, I think THAT particular picture is a photochop, but the ride does exist and I have seen it. Here's my shots from the USACi/IASCA Unified World Finals at the end of last summer:

It's built on a Bronco chassis and sports a 289 V8 to move around the concrete-filled body. I saw it hit over 170 in the SPL competition and heard it went over 178 later in the day.

Is it real or a photoshop?

The proportions are off. Look at the hood, and front ad rear bumpers. Let alone the interior when viewed thru the driver's window.

And that set-up would require more space between the frame and body to fit the transfer case and in-line four, instead of a transverse four.

While the "artist" trimmed the edges of the sideskirts, the "atrist" forgot to trim the the front lip. No way in heck this xB can turn unless the front lip is trimmed.

Even when I had my 1985 Ford Ranger, when I lifted it and put on 33s, I had to trim the front bumper and lower trim piece or it would prevent me from turning.
