You do know the column shift will be on the wrong side of the column and you need the entire column since you also need the wiper and turn signal.

Look to see if the 1980's toyota tercel or another toyota of that era, had a column shift and use that column.

LHD bBs have the gear lever on the left just as the RHD ones do, they simply moved the entire column to the nearside, without even moving the indicator switch to the left. Cables are available for thae LHD bBs, using the lever from a different model might well see you needing to order bespoke cables though the gear lever from a LHD Previa does appear to be a mirror image of the bB's original so if you really couldn't live with the factory position, it may be possible to use that with the bB's cables provided that you reroute these to account for the fact that they'd be much shorter with the box and the lever closer together.

Is the reason you want the column shift because you also want to carry a middle passenger on the front seat? If so, then grab the middle belt and its latch from the donor car while you're in about at it.
