Greeting to all,
My brother have a Scion XB 2004,he already verify almost everything on the car. It have a issue when turn on the wipers and the turn signal, the wipers start movie slow, or if he press the turn signal one side, it move to the other side. What can be the issue?

The wiper motor is probably starting to go. #1 and second you definitely have an electrical issue on the turn signals. See how much they cost- replace them. Should be simple. Fix the turn signals first because they could be the reason for the slow wipers. 🐌

Needs a new turn signal stick.

Not sure what it need for the windshield wipers....... It might need a new windshield wiper stick or the windshield wiper motor.

The turn signal stick and the wiper stick....they're like little computer control modules.

Possibly, one or both, of the stalk controls has lost its ground and is using the circuitry of the other control to complete a path to ground. Verify the ground wires are properly tightened.

Both the turn signal switch and the wiper switch ground wires are colored-coded white with a black stripe and are fastened inside the left kick panel.
