The speaker harness adapters are readily available. I cut no oem wiring on any of the 6 speakers I replaced. The dash speakers are simple, just pop off the grills. The doors are not much worse, just door handle trim cup screw and a couple of others then pop off the door panel. The hatch is the most involved. I removed back seats, top and bottoms and all the trunk and hatch plastic and flooring. The center dash is 2 screws behind fan, temp, duct knobs and then the whole face pops off and then unplug climate, hazard and rr defrost plugs. Then the radio is cake, 4 bolts and then harnesses and antenna. The good news is none of the speaker and stereo replacement was as hard as the foglight relay, lol.
oh yeah, front door speakers you will have to drill out poprivets to remove them and both front door and hatch will require mounting adapters that bolt in. IIRC there are 2 size options you can go with in each location....6.5 or 5x7 or 6x9 up front and 5.25 or 6.5 in hatch.
