Well it was hard but I said goodbye to my Box today, $5,200. Older guy bought it, this is his third. First one hydrolocked, second got stolen at his wife's mother's house, and he owns bunch of other cars but this is his favorite. At least its going to a home that appreciates the Box, it's in good hands.

Man, what a bittersweet moment. I’m kinda sad to see it go but glad it will be taken care of, like you mentioned. Any plans for another xB down the road or not at this moment?

You know I still have a bunch of front end parts, if I find one cheap that got hit in the front then I might start again.

Installed the Raceland coilovers. Had to go back and grease the collar threads, so I lowered it some more. Didn’t know I had to throw on some anti-seize but live and learn, plus the xB didnt go anywhere in the meantime. Now it’s way lower than it was before and I have to raise it a bit, rubs while fwy driving.

Anyone know what offset is optimal for lowered boxes? I just found out my are +42 or +45, one of the two. Asking so I can take the little spacer out of the fronts if I don’t need it. Anyways, hope y’all are having a great weekend and all is well!

For the most part I'm good. Shoulder is better. Now feels like arthritis is getting in both hands. Just my luck. I'm still researching engine swap, think I've got wiring from body to computer figured out. Then I find 3 plugs in the fuse box that go to the engine harness. About 30 more wires on each vehicle to trace out. Fun never ends.

I kept leaving my fog lights on after wiring them independent from the low beams. Found the DIY on here that adds an extra relay to shut them off once the ignition is off, bought a few parts from the local AutoZone. 10 min later, everything is wired up and works great! Helps with my forgetful self and them darn fogs.

I’m just glad my neighbor let me know whenever my bonehead self would leave them on. Beats waking up to a dead battery.

Also, ordered and installed some white LED T4 Neowedge bulbs from VLEDs since the rigged 74 LEDs to T4 base were acting up after a year. Also got a blue 74 LED on clearance to see what it would look like on the PRNDL and I love it. Probably should have got blue for the HVAC ones too. I need to get a T3 for the passenger seatbelt, I kinda broke it while messing with it. But thats not important right now.

It’s not so bad. Nothing too crazy yet. I need to figure out if I need to roll my rear fenders too. I kept scraping pretty good on the freeway when we went to the WB studio tour out in Burbank. I raised the rear up a bit but haven’t gone down that way yet.

Going good. I mean, I haven’t driven it in what feels like forever. I fixed the evap leak I had also, turns out the front hoses were cracked and had to replace them. I haven’t checked my mpg though so I’d be lying if I told you I knew
