Today, well yesterday actually, I finally put my BC Racing coilovers with air sleeve conversion on. Ride is much better than my Air Lifts were and it goes lower.

Put the stock exhaust manifold and air box on, got it smogged, put the aftermarket headers and air intake back on.

Picked up a Mishimoto aluminum radiator over the weekend and ordered a raise in-line filler neck so I can redesign my cooling system again.

Today was new brakes day. R1 rotors and pads so that I have a full matched set front and rear. The rotors didn't match once I did the tC2 brake swap and I finally got tired of them not looking the same. Went with black zinc coated rotors to blend with the black wheel a bit better.

I spent yesterday mounting my new headlight. Next week I should hopefully mount the other one and then can start of filling in the massive gaps around them. Changed out the alternator on my 08 finally. Was going to just have my mechanic do it but of course the evening before I was going in to have it done the damn thing died on my way home so driveway swap it was. Now I have all new engine accessories since I just changed the water pump and starter and put my lightened crank pully on. Not too bad for a car with 205K miles on it.

Today I ordered braided stainless steel brake lines for my 08. This was necessitated by that blowing out my front right line yesterday while coming to the bottom of a nice long hill. Foot on brake, then foot to floor with no pedal pressure. Followed up with down shifting quickly and pulling the e-brake. Managed to not go into the T-intersection, puled a U and drove back up the hill home and swapped cars.

Yep, new braided stainless lines all around. They came in yesterday and it's off to the mechanics on Monday morning.

Not today, but over the weekend I installed my power folding Rumion mirrors. Still have to add an auto folding controller so they work automatically.

Saw folding controller on ebay other day....just dash switch tho....not sure if another piece is necessary.

You would also need the power folding mirrors from Japan. Then you have to run two wires into each door and re-pin the mirror controller harness for the two extra wires. Then swap the actual mirrors and mounting bases from the USDM ones over so they are angled correctly and the glass is on the correct sides.

Dropped mine off at the mechanics this morning to replace the front driver's ABS sensor line I shredded with a rock the other week. And to also figure out why I lost the VSS signal. I'm assuming a dead sensor but it'll get checked and make sure exactly what's wrong. So for the last two days I've been driving other Scions. Friend's 1st gen xB yesterday and my girlfriend's 1st gen tC today.

Decided the hatch needed a redesign so last weekend I re-did the air ride. This weekend I spent chasing air leaks. Still have to finish the lower half but it's getting there.
