Ive had the AEM before the Weapon R and the weapon R kicks ass compared to the AEM

The weapon - R was the only one. I had the cold air on it and then put the ram kit on it. Once you get air raming into it Big boost!

i wonder if i buy the dragon filter and the ram air if i could just put that with my injen intake?

As long as you have the fitting I don't see why you couldn't.
