I seem to have developed a need to get a pair of different pedals for the box.Any recomendations? I have heard there are some issues with the universal fit types. I am also thinking maybe something with a rubber insert might be safer.Pics etc appreciated. Thanks (my box is an automatic)

Pedals!!!

Blimey, since you have a RS4 this will help
origanally Scoin was considdering color matched Razo pedals as an option for our penny's this pic was hacked off of the corporate only site by another scion owner. I drooled over these pics along time, then went searching when I seen a similar blue set on someone's post. I've found 4 sites that sell Razo pedals very close to the pics but not color matched :( and yes they have them for auto's

Thanks for the info.

Funny you should have those pics.I remember the last one was actually posted by mistake on the RS 4.0 feature page when the RS 4.0 was released. It was only there for one day as I recall.

Did you go with the small or the large?
I kinda wondered the same thing.I noticed on the website that they have small, medium and large. I measured the pedals on the xB and they are approx. 4"x2" ,both the gas and the brake.

im planning to get celica gts/is300 pedals. have you guys seen this tech article on scionlife?:

http://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=84230

ive inquired about these parts recently and the price has been jacked from a total cost (shipped) of $50 to around $80.

imo this would be a MUCH better fit since theyre direct replacement rather than just covers.
I believe these are the ones nnnnnnnnnnick is running. They look awesome.

These are OBX Racing Sports Pedal Covers in blue.

Buddy won ‘em in a raffle & didn’t need them.
Mine now ;)

I have OBX sport pedals that Scion Corporate gave me. Pretty nice and have good grip on the rubber inserts even with wet feet. I like mine.

sweet. where did you get the lighting from?? i'm looking into getting that, but i'm not sure where to buy
Not knowing any better at the time, the light you see in my ‘pic I got from the dealer for an extravagant fee. Now mine is actually an LED, but if you want to replicate the look on a budget you can get two cheap sets of cathodes from oznium.com shipped for about $20. Put two in your front footwells (as seen) and the other two under your front seats to light the rear footwells. Wire it all up to a switch you can get from Lowe’s for about $5 and there you go. (Warning the cathodes are kinda fragile & wimpy, but its $7 for a set of two :) )
Good luck!
