which spark plugs would you recommend for a naturally aspaired motor to get better gas mileage and performance if possible? also what's the gap suppose to be set too?

(The gap will depend on the physical design of the electrodes, the "sharper" the electrodes the easier for the spark to initiate, and the wider the gap that can be run. Assuming you run plugs with pointier gaps, like the iridiums, the gap is wider. For electrodes shaped like the stock plug electrodes, the gap in the manual is correct. I'm not going to recommend any specific plugs.)
