I'm guessing you didn't get the memo from the state police that says you can't have blue or red lights on your vehicle or you'll get a ticket for impersonating a police officer.

As long as your not flashing it on the road it should be ok.

driving with oscolating/flashing blue/red/white lights is illegal, stationary lights is not. you can even drive with flashing green/yellow/etc in some states.

just check your local laws

Yeah the kit I have has 15 different colors. Blue is just my favorite and my show-off color. Does anyone know the laws in Texas about these? I would really really really REALLY like to know. I always hear different things. I usually have white on when I'm driving at night. Cops don't really do much but of course I don't run into many soo yeah. I actually got pulled over for having WHITE lights on my hood washer fluids... he said they were blue... didn't get a ticket though.
