So today when I was cleaning my car, I noticed my glove box didn't seem to close all the way.

This is how its suppose to be when I push the right side up after.

As you can see in this image, it is much lower on the right side.

I was wonder if this thing was suppose to be attached to something circled in red. I know the loop in the green attaches to the glove box itself.

I was hoping anyone knows how to fix this or if anyone else has this problem? thank you.

Southern California just had a bad heat wave. Maybe it just got too hot.

You need to snap on BOTH left and right glove box clips to the dash or it will sit at an angle. The dash mounting point is visible in the lower left corner of the image above. I discovered this after changing my air filter.
