FYI I bought some of the eBay rotors from R-1 concepts, the cheapest non-drilled ones they offer, and just put them on with Autozone's Duralast pads. Extremly noisey. From the outside realitively quiet, but inside while driving sounds like the pads where worn down to bare metal and a harsh metal on metal growl. Put back on the original stock rotors and now just like a new car.
Anyone else have this problem?
Now they may get quieter after being broken in, but for me they sound so bad I'm not going to give them a chance.
Are they quieter with ceramic pads? I'll test them next pad change.
I did check them for run-out and no problem with wobble.
Is it just the quality of the metal that produce's the noise?

it sounds like you may have a few problems:
1.the rotors you bought may be warped
2. did you toruqe everything to spec?
3. did you repack the wheel bearings?

There are no wheel bearings to pack.
Nothing really to torque.

Try your old pads with the new rotors.
