has anyone done a performance chip on there xb???? could anyone let me know what works good for a good price????? i have been lookin at the ones on e-bay but im unsure if they are crap or not PLEASE HELP

I wouldn't buy those kind of things from ebay. The ones on ebay are usually knock offs.

I'm pretty sure there isn't a "chip" for the xb. Something to do with it having a (learning?) ECU and a chip wont work. Maybe some of the more seasoned owners can explain it better, but from what I've learned from searching is you can't get that easy "Plug and Play" power from these cars:( . My brother-in-law gets AWESOME results with his his Ford Powerstroke Deisels but appearently the little 1.5L N/A engine in the box isn't so lucky.

Chips are a waste on any car that does not have forced induction (turbo or supercharger) wether they are name brand or not.

The Powerstroke Diesels are turbo'ed. Also,you CAN get can performance gains from chips and tuners (programmers) without forced induction. Not the xb though. Mostly domestic trucks,and suv's and some cars.
