I think it's not the same company of the one I saw, but just do a bit of googling, and I'm sure you'll come up with something. The one I saw had a touch screen, wi-fi, printer hookups......you name it.
As far as I know, it looks pretty much like a standard head unit. You will need to know which wires hook up to what, and so forth. If you're not about DIY's, just order it through a local car audio shop and spend the buck$$ to have it installed.
There are several ways to do this. Most of the car computers that are running XP run on a motherboard form factor called Mini-ITX. These can be bought at mini-itx.com if you want to build one. The site provides cases for both car and desktop use.
