I don't know the exact wheel, but it's a basic design found all over. here's a good set for cheap. Lots of VW guys have them.

damn that must be a really old pic, b/c I don't know of anyone currently in Scinergy that has those now. Like everyone else said (and proved) many many different manufacturers make that same style.

I'll do some homework for ya and see if I can find the answer Where did you find that pic? Maybe there's a bigger pic of the whole car that could help lead us to the culprit
