Is there a such thing as a luggage rack for a scion xb?? If so any suggestions on how or where i can get one.

Visit Yakima and Thule sites. There is a factory acessory rack you can get from the dealer, probably. My favorite is the one on MINIBANGBUS. Try to PM him if you like it.
