Hello!

I was thinking about getting some LED interior lights for my Scion, but I was wondering if they were legal in the state of FL. Thanks for your help~

i do not see why they would be illegal i live in Florida and have had LED interior lights for 2 years now. As long as you are not shining blue or red outside of the vehicle while it is in motion you should be good.

knew a guy here in town that had the blue led door locks on his box and was pulled over for them ( pensacola fl)

Ya if it is showing out like the door lock and the cop is bored more then likely you will get pulled over. As far as dome light and the map lights i have never heard of anyone getting stopped for that even in California and their laws suck they will stop you for anything.

if they are blue and/red you will get in big trouble.. if the cop was a dick(most are).. but if he was nice he'll probably just give u a ticket


now if its any color flashing while driving its illegal. can't have any flashing lights unless they are ur turning signals on ur head/tail lights

but that's for exterior,

interior just dont have them flashing while driving..

Definitely never put any blue lights anywhere that can be seen. They just don't like it at all. And it an excuse to pull you over. I have even seen it happen iwth bikers.
