Carfax and look them over well.
Engines need minor work, probably need to check over it from a trusted mechanic.

And sell the Impala. lol
Lol i have a feeling i would have divorce papers waiting for me! I'll have to take a look at the 2 and see what shape they are in. They are company vehicles so I'm guessing they were taken care off maintenance wise.

i dont like many. her impala i dont mind but would have chose something else. it was pretty much "get what you want honey" then i pay for it. lol. im gonna have the dealer we bought it from go check out the scions for me. see what his opinion is. about the only dealer i would trust giving me an honest opinion. check into a replacement motor also because if everything else is great i can have a back up plan. just sick of the 12mpg i get with our jeep

Haha, Jeeps are for sitting in the driveway until that nice summer day to take the doors off.

The xB's engine can last a long long time. It really depends on how well they took care of it. I drove an Echo with 233,000 and ran great, friend even drifted it in the gravel, lol

They can take a lot of abuse. I’ve got 258k original engine on a ‘11 XB but religiously I’ve also done all major maintenance schedules water pump, pulleys, belts, plugs, fi services, all fluids serviced, etc etc runs great minus weird ghost problems such as erroneous codes, dash lights stay on intermittent, throttle bodys suck, suspension/steering longevity sucks but to that default I severely abuse the crap out of it. Astonishing it still survives.?I drive it daily and drive like I stole it every time. Example: yesterday driving 95+ in the rain and 25 mph turns at around 65-70mph no problems at all. If it’s maintained buy it. You can always dump it for something else or sell it to carmax if you don’t like it.
