I have searched, and found nothing in regards to anyone porting the head of the xB's engine.

Has anyone done such port work to their engine with success?

On another site ( that "OTHER") there was a guy that tried it, and a number of other things.

His screen name was/is Twiddler, the thread was titled , I think, an attempt at 24whp N/A.

If you search there he said something about it not really doing anything for the 1.5l we got.

I used to have a 1.7 liter SOHC Turbo Civic and a good port & polish paired with a new cam netted about 50whp! NA I don't know if you'll see great gains but if you're running FI on a car that has a head designed for fuel efficiency instead of maximum flow, a P&P could get you some nice power. Of course, this really depends on who does the P&P. If done wrong, you could even lose power.
