OEM carpeting is still listed in Scion/Toyota dealership parts websites. Depending on the Gen1 xB's production month there are two different front sections shown, and one rear section. Together they cost about $1,200 to $1,400. Despite being listed, you can never be sure whether the carpeting is available without contacting the dealer.
