fog light retainer clip

Does anyone else have trouble with the fog light retaining clip (top) wearing out? I took mine out to replace the bulbs and polish the haze off of them and now the drivers side won’t stay in! :-( Any diy fixes or sources for just the little plastic clip grommet thingy? Thanks!
