i see all these pimp xb with like 18's with some type of fender flare or something on them? anyone no what they are? it like flares out. just dont no where to get it at or is it a whole fender.. thanks

Go there and scroll down a bit. They stick on with DS Tape, but you can bolt them. He's not the only one who sells them though, I think.
