They all came silver. If you want black then you'll need to paint it. Not all that hard to do, just make sure you prep the plastic so the paint adheres to it properly.

I have two....2009 and 2013... one is silver the other is black..... not painted.... I'm a painter by trade, so I wouldn't want to paint it... do I know they are available in molded black.

Damn it you're right. I forgot that they brought over the JDM black accents for the refresh on the later gen 2.5 models. I'd try Ebay or LKQ to see if they have some of the later model ones available.
