My cruise control doesn’t work so I ordered a new switch and installed it and it still doesn’t work. Pulled all fuses and all are good. I was told it couldn’t be the clock spring because I don’t have any dash lights on (airbag, etc). What could it possibly be causing this?

Check the ground wire which typically attaches under the hood between the Actuator and the left wheel well. You should also check and be sure the power wire that plugs into a female plug typically located behind the main fuse box under the dash. Also, make sure the actuator cable is attached to the throttle body. They come loose sometimes. Good luck.
