Who likes quick easy meals that are quicker than going to MCDONALD'S or ordering a pizza?

Get you a polish sausage, broccoli bits, and cheddar broccoli rice... cut the sausage into lil bits and follow the directions on the rice... add the sausage and broccoli to the rice before it starts to boil and it takes about 10 minutes to make

Simple Chili Cheeze Dip

1 lb of Hamburger meat browned, seasoned with salt and pepper
2ea 10oz can Original Rotel
16oz block Original Velvetta Cheese
1ea package Original McCormicks Chili seasoning
1ea 10-1/2oz can Cambells Cream of Mushroom Soup

Brown hamburger meat, drain grease.
In a Crock Pot on high heat, add the cut up cheese, soup, Rotel, seasoning
pack and hamburger meat. After cheese has melted and all combined,
reduce heat to low and let simmer. Serve as a dip or pour over chips.

Chicken Torstitos Chip Casserole
wife"s latest recipe twist

1 Walmart Traditional Recipe Rotisserie Chicken
2 10oz cans Rotel, 1 mild 1 original
1 10oz can Cream of Chicken soup
16 oz of Velvetta cheese, cubed
1 bag Tostitos with hint of Jalapeno
1 Tbsp onion powder
Salt and Pepper to taste

Debone and skin chicken, then shred and sit aside.
In sauce pan add Rotel, Cream of Chicken soup,
salt/pepper, onion powder and Velvetta cheese.
Heat on medium heat till cheese is melted.
Add chicken and mix well, then remove from heat.
Spray casserole dish with non stick spray.
Cover bottom of dish with thin layer of crushed Tostitos chips.
Pour chicken mixture into dish over chips.
Cover top of mixture with thin layer of finely crushed chips.

Place in preheated 350 degree oven for about 35 minutes,
until bubbly around the edges. Remove from oven, then serve.

Boar's Head deli sliced Londan Broil, Nane bread, munster cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper in the oven on 350 for 10 - 12 minutes....mouth watering.
