E6000 clear adhesive

This stuff is the best Ive found, works like silicone, but has a thicker viscosity, in your case , you probably won't have to tape it down to hold it in place while drying.
this stuff bonds anything to everything, and is waterproof, flexible and paintable!
I get it at my local electrical supplier.

You can use small plastic hangers like these under the dash:

Under the seats you can use zip ties. There are two rings under the material on the bottom of the front seats. You can find it by rubbing your hand over the area. Once you feel it you can slide the zip tie though and use it to hold the ccfl in place. Sorry, I don't have a pic of that.

ebay has better prices than oznium even. I have a few people that i always buy produtcs from on there. They sell the same cathode sets that oznium sells for like $1.99 as opposed to the $6.49 on oznium. I bought 12 sets (of 2 cathodes per set) of 12'' red cathodes for like $25. They were very red even for cathodes and are still extremely bright. I love em

A great deal if you only buy one set (9.99 vs. 10.44 through oznium) but not so good if you need 2 or more (19.98 vs. 16.95 through oznium). 4 sets (39.96 vs. 26.95 through oznium).

Not trying to be a pain, just putting in my vote for the best cathode dealer I have found, online or otherwise.
