I have a 2006 Scion xB and I recently did my front and rear brakes and need to change my tie rods. After the brake job I got these cluster of codes. I don't know if it's related but if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great.
These codes all came on at the same time. No check engine light before this.
P0420-Catalytic efficiency below threshold, bank 1
C1241-Low Battery Positive Voltage or Abnormally High Battery Positive Voltage
C1224-Open or Short Circuit in NE Signal Circuit
C1223-Malfunction Of Antilock Brake System (ABS) Control System
C1201-Engine control system
Check engine light, TRAC OFF and VSC coming on at the same time
