If you're just changing pads and rotors, the only thing to look out for ABS-wise is the wheel speed sensor & wire. It's not particularly delicate, but it's in the vicinity of the work you'll be doing.

If you're doing anything with the fluid, be sure to keep air out of the lines. An air bubble in the lines affects braking performance, but if air travels into the ABS system, then you'll need Toyota-specific software (the kind very few home DIYers have) to bleed it.

Just don't let the caliper hand and put everything back and you'll be fine.
