I have a dent on the bad pillar right behind the rear small window. Does anyone think I can take the inside plastic off and push it out without extensive body work?

You probably won't be able to get to it from the inside, the body is reinforced in that area. PDR (paintless dent repair) might be able to fish one of there rods into that area though.

Its gonna be iffy. I had a dent there because of some vandalism and egging, and they couldnt do it "painlessly". They had to repaint the whole top, which was quoted at 600 by the one body shop for the small dent and repaint. Then again though, it was egged so it all had to be done anyway. I dont think its gonna be very easy to do the painless dent removal without paint, which will get pricey and extensive.
