I've noticed my 2010 is leaking ATF, and I'm pretty sure it's the axle seal behind the driver's side CV joint, as that's the only place I see accumulated gunk. No leaks from around the pan, and none further up in the engine bay. (rest of the underside is dry/clean)

How hard is this to replace? Is this better left to a shop, or can I do it with basic tools? I have a decent amount of mechanical skill, I've replaced brake pads, wheel bearings, upper control arms, and similar on other vehicles, just never tackled a tranny seal.

The CV boots are in decent shape, no cracks or tears, no grease leaking from them.
