I have rims sitting in the garage, it's just winter and the chemical they puton the icy roads eats aluminum and pit chrome, so I'm waiting till spring to mount rims.
I bought the shims cause the rims are 15x7 / 40 offset and need teh extra room so the back doesn't touch and to make more flush. Just didn't know if they would rub with the stock 38 offset rims.
Here's mine last year lowered w/ otg spacer shims and stockers on it
