I have a brand new OEM seibon cf hood here that i cant even install due to the fact of 2 of the factory stock bolts breaking off in the mounting holes. so now i cant even install it and today i bought a set of easy out drill bits and even those broke off in the hood along with the bolts that are still in there. is there any other way of getting the bolts that are flush in the hood out without making the mounting holes larger??? any help would be aprreciated.

Get yourself a set of drill bits designed to cut through steel. Sure the ones you have are advertised to drill out stuff, but you can never go wrong with bits designed for high heat situations.

I'm hearing more and more about the bolts used to keep our cars together breaking apart, and it's beginning to scare me.
