The dealers want $400 to make the XMSR-ready stock radios to be XMSR functional. You can buy a xmsr tuner for $75 from XMSR but apparently you need a special adapter (so the dealers can charge $400 for a $100 part) to connect it to the pioneer radios in the scion.....anyone know where to get the adapter so I can save a few hunded dollars by not having to go through the Scion dealership??

Thank you!!!!

best buy doesnt have them....

...the connector is not a standard pioneer connector, it is a special one so the scion dealers can put a few hundred percent surcharge on it. I was wondering if anyone can suggest an aftermarket source for the connector??

Thanks!!!
