Any engine can be built to be Supercharged or Turbo'ed it seems that your on the right path, $3,900 for all that sounds in the ballpark. The cost will come in labor ( which is enjoyable) my suggestion is do MORE research than installation. Read twice install once. Read once, install, take apart, two or more times. I'm guessing you know that. I'm a 2nd Gen guy, and I'm sure the 1st Gen gents, will assist you along the way.. Let us know step by step. It will be fun to watch your progress - with an additional 50 to 80hp in such a light toaster, that Box will fly and surprise just about any Civic Type R.

Me? Since I've never Supercharged a car I wouldn't have the expertise on it. However, Superbee44 and 1.8 Tony and Moderator Jawhn ( club members) and names on the tip of my tounge - many others here have valuable information for ya. I'm into the 2.4 2nd Gen xB. I've posted a guy who's building a 600hp 2nd Gen xB - his first setup was 383hp "Chaser Racer" videos here on the Club. Take a peek sometime to get an idea 💡 of how much it takes to build things. Adding a Supercharger isn't like building a car, but it's detailed work, so it can run properly - belts, engine management etc. It's more than just slapping one on. Others should chime in. That's my $0.02 cents. YouTube 1st gen xB Superchargers watch those videos as a start..

In the meantime here: let this inspire you lol The xB let off..
All that sounds good but use PayPal, Goods and Services only, if you dont wanna get scammed online.

There have been a flood of new scam accounts on FB and IG yet people are so hasty to jump on that unicorn deal and cry coz they got ghosted.

Once you get past that, Blitz doesn’t really make them anymore so replacement parts may be another issue and a competent shop to tune those is another.

If all works out in the end, and I hope it does, it should be a nice ride on a different level of cool. Good luckand have fun 🤩

To make it fit.

I have 2 friends with blowers installed on v8's one is a 68 firebird vert 455 4 speed and the other is a bronco with a 460ci engine they both have alot of torque.
One one the faster cars around my area
