History
Well I bought my xB new in 2005 with only 26 miles on it. I never really did much other than drive the xB due to my bad experiences with cars. But 12 years, a divorce, moved more times than I wish to remember, and almost 200k miles later this is the best most reliable car I have ever had. So now it's time to clean it up and start modding. I'm a computer hardware tech and of course a geek so I love adding techie kinds of things to anything I have so I will be applying that to my xB.
I've only done a few things to the car mainly with the stereo. At first I just used the factory head unit but the CD player started to skipping. I upgraded to a Pioneer Avic F900BT but I longed for more. Next was the AppRadio2 but too many hacks and issues so I landed with a full Android head unit sound isn't the best but it's manageable. Never did install my speakers or sub setup from my teenage days maybe one day I will. I did install a twin halo projector headlight upgrade and some geek stickers to the exterior but that's it.
Anyways I hope my xB can last me another 12 years and 200k miles.
Later ya'll
