Re: Appropriate? - or not?

Ehhh... it is a form of freedom of speech even though not all may like it, it is what the person believes in and wants to voice that opinion of the president. There is no real problem I believe. And no I don't endorse the portraying of Obama as Hitler or as the Joker but it is what it is and people do what they do to voice their dislike about a topic.

If rules don't prohibit something like this then it's not against the rules, i guess. I've seen other's screen names, avatars and signatures that may offend someone because of religious or political believes, sex, weight or sense of humor. To have them on this forum or not- is more about the rules than individual having a right in voicing his opinion. There is always an option to use ignore feature BTW.
A pool may give a better idea on how people feel about it.

Re: Appropriate? - or not?

Why is it no problem when "politicaly offensive content" regarding president Bush was funny yet our current president is a problem? I call it free speech. If you really dont care to see a users Avatar you may put said user on ignore, problem solved.
