Is this an aftermarket part or....

....or do you think it is plastic wrapped? I saw this first gen Box today in the Walmart parking lot. Thats my ugly Box on the left. The orange one looked pretty nice. The color looked "burnt orange" and had a few mods, nothing wild, but definately nice.

Anyhow, the part that I am asking about is the door lift garnish plastic know, the part that always breaks if you lift the rear door too fast.

On the burnt orange Box, it looked like it is chrome plated. But I think it is "chrome" wrap. It is very reflective so I don't think it is chrome Plasti-Dip.......unless it was clear coated afterwards.
