02 problem please help

I got my Xb 6 or 7 months ago and know I get a p0138 02 problem I have changed it out twice With 2 different types and it keeps coming back any help will be greatly appreciated

Faulty Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 harness is open or shorted Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 circuit poor electrical connection Intake air leaks Exhaust gas leaks Inappropriate fuel pressure Faulty fuel injectors

check for 12v on the O2 sensor heater circuit could be a blown fuse!

I tried installing a new colder intake new throttlebody gasket clean there air intake sensor new spark plugs still getting the same P0138 code only thing I can think of is getting a direct OEM replacement 02 sensor I really don’t know what else to do to resolve the issue

The car runs perfectly fine but my gas mileage has gone down quite a bit I thought it might be the catalytic converter but the car doesn’t Ron bad at all
