For the kids Katie for the Kids, remember we are geared towards the family too. On the other hand it's all Adult entertainment at my place no kids allowed Adult swim only.
Food and Drinks are gonna happen with the exception of the BAR kind of Adult beverges. On reason is because of the liability thing as well as there are plans for another activity that will result in motorized vehicles. The last part is not finalized yet but will be a great time if it goes thru as expected

Idon't know wtf you and Cody call skum and are looking at but I have several young ladies from each of those schools in my portfolio that are DDG. Pics up soon to show it happened lol.

Clowns don't bother me, except trying to figure out how one gets to the point in their life that they want to be a clown to make money...
Just a last minute idea... How hard would it to be to get Competition or Full Throttle to bring some go-karts down and set up a small track?

That's the way it is for me. At the apartment we have my tC and Ashley's RS7. When I go home my sister has an RS2 xD. When I go to Ashley's family's house I park next to her brothers RS2 tC
