I have seen this a lot at VW meets on vintage beetles.They even sell a 12volt motorized one that rotates and looks convincingly real-found the webpage for one of the companies and if you go to their gallery page they have a picture of an xb with one on it.

Those are awesome! I've seen one on a PT cruiser locally but never an xB. I love that so many xB owners have a sense of humor about their rides.
