Please be on the lookout!!!!!!!
Yesterday at my school CSUSB around 6 to 738 someone came and stole my roof rack off my car and used a crowbar and F*%*ed my roof up pretty bad, i had everything locked, so please keep an eye out on Craigslist and other sites for a yakima rack with 2 bike attachments a basket and a custom faring that i had made, i filed a police report and am now dealing with insurance. this **** is really getting to me and it sucks someone would do this so please keep an eye out for me, thanks Club xb

theives are ruthless...someone tried to break into my xb in my condo complex 3 days before christmas...my window was busted they werent able to get in

Mark your racks people. Drill odd holes, engrave a name, etc. At least it will be easier to catch thieves and find your parts.

sorry to hear that.. I'm always sketched someone will pry my rack off.. In turn I've let a few of my yakima parts get sun dried WITHOUT replacing them just to keep it from lookin minty for those bastard thieves. good luck with your search!

The same thing happened to me with my Yakima rack. It was stolen the same way with a crowbar and totally messed up the roof and top sides of my Xb. I was super pissed off but besides reporting it to the cops theres not much to do in regards to gettting it back. I will keep a look out on CL and other car forums and hopefully it turn out. Totally feel your pain.

My old Yakima was stolen last year. The rack you sold me is still going strong ! Dude if I get jacked for the one you sold me I would have the worst luck EVER !!

this sucks. i am sorry. Racks have gotten so popular so now they are something to steal and sell. But i am really sorry they messed up your roof as well.
