Fog light removal?

Fog light removal?
Can anyone tell me how to remove my fog lights to replace the bulbs pretty please? I've tried prying all around them and I'm to scared to commit(if this is the correct method.) I'm really hoping I don't have to remove the bumper but if I do it is what it is.

Touche. I'll see what I can do. Finally gave in and ordered some pnp 3000k hids for the fogs. Plan on wiring them up as running lights so I'm not blinding everyone at night ha.
