do these mount with OEM hardware, 3m tape, or both.?

They should just snap in and stay put.. I don't have any pics of it off hand... but I'll look into that

Can you just use 3 m tape on those? Is the fit perfect on the back or it is better to tape and drill?

It's meant to be mounted in order to have it as secure as possible, but many people just use 3M tape. Whatever you're comfortable doing
