There's no way you'll rub with a trd drop.

I can't stick a finger under the fender and go past my tire on both front and back, just to give you a view.

I love the way these look, but they look like a nightmare to clean.

Re: ENKEI92 is back in 2011! さくら
i know this is an old thread, but i just got me some gold Enkei 92 rims 15x8. I'm hoping to pick up some 205/60 r15 tires to give them a nice chunk look (maybe even go fake white walls... even though alot of people don't care for them too much).
what are some nice "smooth" walled tires i i can get with a good rating. i don't care too much for stretching or going low profile.

Great choice with gold!
Looking good. Are those 205/55/15?
Ever since I went with a wider wheel the car looks so much better. 1 came out of a 15x6.5 +38 offset.

Correction: i went with 195/55R15 in the front and 205/55R15 in the rear. i was told 205 in the front would probably scrape. I feel like i could've been ok, but i'll roll like this for a while and try resizing later.
side note: after installing an anti-sway bar with these wider tires, my cornering is nice!

I've got 205/50/15's on a 2 inch drop all around, and only hear the rear scrape when I had my car overloaded.

so the front don't scrape? cause that's what we were looking out for... i'm dropped on megan springs, which are less than 2 inches. if you're telling me you don't scrape, then i just might change it up next time.
BTW, love your rack setup. almost exactly what i'm going for.

wait... just realized your tires are 205/50. although i'm sure my 205/55 would be ok.

Thanks! It's been useful as hell.
When I say overloaded, I mean Super Overloaded. 300+ vinyl records, tanning bed parts, a weekend's worth of luggage for 2 people, a small desk, a rather large slide collection, 2 bikes, and 2 humans.

They rode great, More contact from the tire to the ground when I stretched the 205/50 on the 15x8. (versus my old 15x6.5 on the same tires) It feels more 'grippy' and more stable on the road.
Back in October, I swapped out my eibach's for Raceland Coilovers, so here's photos of the new ride height.
Even after going lower, I had no fitment issues in the front or rear with my style of driving.
I recently got a set of rear hub spacers to install (thanks Cliff), those rears came almost flush, but I want them flushed or poking out, spacers should do the trick.
I might have to go with thinner tires or rolled rear fenders, But it get that rear looking right to me.

that fitment looks super nice! pretty much what i'm going for. I'm looking to pick up some EIbach sportlines as a final suspension fitment goal. I'd go coilovers, but i'd rather save the money on other mods. Kudos to your ride! Love my Enkeis for life!

Thanks for the input.
I'm sold on the sportlines and the enkei's based on your pics.
