Not an xB but almost

Europe never got the bB/xB, but we got a little more rounded box based on the Yaris/Vitz/Echo chassis. It was called the Yaris Verso, and is more or less the same car as the Japanese Funcargo. I got nine other cars so this is not the money pit sadly, but it's a good daily.. Has 90k miles on it now, driven 20k miles a year.

Signed up here just to look what people do with their boxes, and although very differently styled (squared vs rounded), some good mini-box inspiration can't hurt.. Also on the hunt for coilovers, I'm told the xB, Yaris and Funcargo share the suspension, and no one knows low like the Scion guys I've already figured

Re: Not an xB but almost

Yeah, I thought about bagging it.. I don't know if anyone makes bag kits with self-levelling for the xB, but it wouldn't be too hard to adapt anyway if you're first doing bags. Great for loading it up as much as I do, not having to worry about rubbing. A compressor and tank in the boot would take up space though, and that's a problem.

Re: Not an xB but almost

I could hook you up with a system for that thing. If i remember right, takes the same front struts as a yaris. You can mount the tank and compressor under the car, save all your cargo space. I also sell a self leveling kit that you could use on that, it uses ride height sensors so you can have preset heights. It takes you to that height regardless of load weight too. The components are pretty compact too, easy to mount out of the way. If your serious about it, hit me up and we can talk.
