I remember saying her phone couldn't access the site, but I thought she fixed that. Pretty sure it's her PC, one of the CrowdGather tech guys is going to email her to try and diagnose/fix the problem. I thought that was very cool of him to do that for a member.

I'd hate for her to have to do that. Maybe some settings got changed on her end. I'm working with the admins on this, perhaps they can offer some advice.

Sent an email to Teresa today, she says she's getting a black screen when trying to log in to CxB. I'm lost, but I can say for sure she's not banned. Admins say everything is right as rain on this end...

She's still on the active list, but her custom user title is now blank. As a matter of fact, her whole profile looks weird. Gonna hit up the admins and see if there's something I'm missing.

I checked her status, doesn't show her as banned. But, let me look again...
