I can vouch for Scott, Ned, and Evildave. Very fair moderators who seem to send PMs to the offenders first, giving them a chance to correct their posts, before giving them their first "public" warning.

And on the flip side, I know a few moderators, who have shadowed every single one of my posts in their effort to get me banned w/o even giving me a warning.
And to make things worse, they were/are breaking the rule about not making personal attacks. Yet it seems that to some admin(on another site) that moderators are "gods" and can do no wrong and their word is gospel.
And yet when presented w/ the evidence, ie screen shot captures and the like, the site admin sides w/the mod, even though it is clearly evident that the mod is the one who initiated the personal attack.

I guess this all stems from the fact that people come to me when they find a problem, don't want to speak up about it, and I make the problem known. Why? Because they know I will not say who told me the problem.
Some fail to realize that by taking on the position of a moderator, you have to be UNBIASED. But for some who's "EGOS are bigger than life", they cannot be UNBIASED.
Maybe its their upbringing and morales, or whatever, but some feel they need the special recognition for whatever reason.
I cannot be unbiased. Why? Because I give every one I ever come in contact with at least 2 chances. Basically its "spirit of the law" vs "letter of the law".
If you give me your word, and break time and time again, then there are no more chances. Some were given more chances because they were considered good friends. And they broke their promise everytime I gave them a chance.

But I'm a nonconfrontational person until someone decides by their action to initiate a reaction from me. Reactive vs proactive. I am here to help, whether its Scions, or for some help in other areas. But some fail to see that and I'm d@mned if I do, or if I don't.
I know for a fact there are more than a handful of people that track my every post on a number of sites, what threat do I pose?
