Im sorry but that would be gay...There are times when I am browsing and see things that I was to respond to...Or I am having a conversation with someone and I have posted like 14 times in one day..So..If its up for vote..I say nay..Lol

I kind of like the way Vipstylecars.com has it... they put you in a "n00b" section, until you "get it" then you can post as a regular member...just my summary of it.

I dont like that ancient threads are being brought up, just to fulfil their requirement of 10 posts.

Yeah, this needs to be done. Capping 30 posts that all you can do is reply in a limited fashion is a bit crazy. If the goal of the site is to expand, this is not a good way to do it. A 10-15 post limit like we have now + a noob only section would be __MUCH__ more encouraging to noobies and still keep the spam down.

I too was in the "noob" section of VSC for awhile, didn't hurt my feelings one bit. Gave me time to "test drive" the site, touch base with people already there that I knew, and LEARN THE RULES!

"LEARN THE RULES!" thats the key. rules of the forum, and not what you think the rules should be. read, learn and apply it.
