I saw that here http://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=213770 I like the tweets but I dont think a 6.5" "woofer" is gonna cut it for me. Nice find though, thanks.

the tweeter is used to cover up the thump of the 6.5" woofer as it rattles the sheetmetal.

It's basically a replacement for your C pillar cover with the speakers/amp built in. Take yours out/put this in. Of course you'll have to wire it since it is for the Rumion not the xB. Follow the link above and you should be able to (if you still want to) install it.

This is a waste of money! Do what I did, and put in some 6x9's in the c-pillar. That plus a 10" or 12" sub is plenty for the box.

I had to fab my own wire harness since it didn't come with one. The sub and tweeter is self amplified. I took this route since I don't like the loud boom.....just some descent sound. I'm waiting on the passenger side tweeter + panel to come in.
