Re: AfterMarket Remote start!!

you know there is a chip in the key now like the tc. you need a 556uw and loose a key. nissans are really known for 2nd starter wires. you should be able to find wire colors for teh new xb, i will look around.

well if the wires are like the tc the second starter wire is green, you will need a relay.

Re: AfterMarket Remote start!!

There is not a chip in the key! Therefore not needing a bypass...and it has quite different wiring than the tC. I found a sencond wire that acts like a second starter. It was black and but 18g. I used a relay to wire it with no success!! Dealing with the starter manufacture they have decided it to be faulty so i have sent it back to them for some exchanges!! $hitty thing about the wiring in the new xb is probably 75% of all wires are white!!

no chip, no bypass needed. There is a second starter and you may have to hit the keysense wire as well for it to crank.

Re: AfterMarket Remote start!!

i have a viper and there is no chip in the key..

Mines is installed in a Manual 5spd.. I have the new remolte start kit in which you have to set the hand brakes than arm the remolte start before you take out the key.. when you take o ut the key the car stays running untill you close the door and the car shuts off. than you arm the alarm. this makes sure you didnt leave the car in gear..

My sponsor did my install so i dont know what they did.. to what wires.
